Today marks 8 years since Ben and I have been together.
Some of our friends give us a hard time about being "that kind of couple" (a.k.a. the kind that still celebrates the day that they started dating), but personally, I like the fact that we do. What girl wouldn't want their wonderful husband to bring home a beautiful bouquet of flowers and make a delicious filet mignon dinner?
And, considering it gives me a reason to have 2 dozen warm cookies and milk delivered to Ben's office, I'm pretty sure he likes the fact that we celebrate, too.
