BOY oh BOY!!!

We went to the doctor yesterday...

...and found out that we're having a baby BOY!!!

Is this not the cutest little boy that you've ever seen?  Haha. ;)

The nurse told us not to worry -- that all of the babies look a little creepy at this point, especially since the doctor's sonogram machine is not nearly as high-tech as the sonographer's.  However, the good news is that we have a separate appointment with the sonographer next month, and I just found out that they have a 4D machine {where the put the wax coating over the profile of the baby}, so I'm already looking forward to that!

After finding his boy parts, we didn't really look at too much else, but she did make the comment that he has really big feet {Ben and I both do, so unfortunately, he had no hope in that department}, and check out how long his legs look in the picture below.

Honestly, Ben and I didn't really have a preference when it came to gender, but we are REALLY excited that we're having a boy {although I have a slight feeling the grandparents are even MORE excited -- haha}.  It's still hard to believe that I'm going to have a son -- crazy!!!  Now I just need to learn all things "boy" and possibly start paying attention at sporting events as opposed to just dressing up cute and in the "right" colors and treating them like a big social event. ;)
