Annie turned 3 years old today, so my family came over to celebrate her big day.
Since my mom is off for Spring Break this week, she and G offered to come over early to get the dinner started and get their "Annie and Amos fix". The dinner was delicious -- lasagna, salad, garlic bread, and chocolate pie, and I'm pretty sure that the dogs loved the cake that I made for them, too.Annie literally couldn't wait to dig in.
I still had to cut Amos' up this year in order to get him to eat it, and unfortunately, Annie still preferred hers OUTSIDE of the bowl.
And as if the cake wasn't enough, Annie was spoiled with lots of gifts, too -- 4 bones, 2 bags of treats, a laser pointer, and quite a bit of specialty dog food (to be used as treats).
Luckily for Amos, she has been nice enough to share with him.
I'd be lying though if I said that she didn't mind sharing.
I'm pretty sure that she would chew on all of them at once if it were physically possible.
And what's a birthday celebration without a picture of the birthday girl with her biggest fan (other than G, of course)...
Thanks again to my family for coming over to celebrate Annie's birthday, for all of the gifts, and for all of the food. To be honest, I'm not quite sure who's more spoiled -- me or Annie.
