If you don't already shop the deals at CVS...

...you should definitely start because CVS essentially paid me $4.22 to take home everything shown in the picture below.

Here's the breakdown:

Stride Spark gum -- $1.49
On sale for $0.99
Get $0.99 in ECBs (limit 1)
FREE after ECBs

Biore cleansers -- $8.29 each
On sale for $7.99 each
Buy 1, get 1 free coupon (3/6 SmartSource)
Get $5 in ECBs with purchase of 2 (limit 1)
$1.50 each after coupon and ECBs

Revlon nail polish -- $6.49
On sale for $4.99
$2 off coupon (5/8 SS) or $1 off coupon (4/10 SS)
Get 4 in ECBs (limit 6)
2 FREE +$1.02 moneymaker after coupons and ECBs

And as if these deals weren't good enough, I also used a coupon that CVS had emailed me for $5 off a $25 purchase, and I received $0.99 in ECBs for using my green bag and scanning the tag.  Unfortunately, I found out that CVS is no longer taking expired ECBs, but the clerk told me that if I call customer service and tell them the situation, that they will reissue the expired ECBs.

All in all, it was a pretty good trip.  $10.77 out-of-pocket for a packet of gum, 2 face washes, and 2 nail polishes -- and $14.99 in ECBs in return. I love couponing. :)
