Date Night with the Egberts

Last night, we went out with the Egberts to celebrate Scott's 29th birthday.  Unfortunately, Ben forgot to tell me that it was Scott's birthday ahead of time, so we didn't have a present OR a card, but we did have a good time, so hopefully he did, too. 

We met them for dinner at the Serrano's on Red River and then went to see Daniel Tosh at Bass Concert Hall. 

Our seats were in somewhat of the nosebleed section, but the comedy show was great.

I honestly didn't know what to expect since the only thing I had heard about Daniel Tosh was that he told a lot of "guy humor", but I actually really enjoyed it. 

Most of his jokes were pretty inappropriate, but they were pretty funny, too.  And who doesn't love a good laugh?

After the show, we all decided to call it a night and head home.  Scott and I had worked all day, Ben had golfed all day {rough life!}, and Amanda is pregnant with triplets {2 girls and 1 boy!}, so we were definitely up way past her bedtime. ;)   Happy Birthday again Scott.  I hope this year is the best one yet!
