Annie Baby

Please keep Annie in your prayers tonight. Earlier this evening, she ate a pack of sugarless gum, which contains Xylitol, an ingredient that is poisonous to dogs. Ben took her to the animal emergency hospital, and they induced vomiting and got it all up. Unfortunately though, she has to stay overnight so that they can monitor her blood sugar (if it drops too low, it could trigger a diabetic coma), and tomorrow morning I have to pick her up and take her to the vet so that she can be on an IV. Hopefully she will get to come home tomorrow night, but they said that we'll just have to wait and see how things go over the next 24 hours. I'll keep you posted.
