Sweet baby ducklings

G sent me a link to this picture that was in the Statesman today, and I thought it was too cute to not share.
The caption read:

"This family of black-bellied Whistling ducks find themselves vulnerable Wednesday morning as they trek back and forth in a southwest Austin neighborhood along busy Davis Lane after looking for safe haven and knocking on the front doors of Mills Elementary school in AISD. Principal Pat Butler called Animal Control who instructed her to leave them be and they went on their way across a busy street and ended up on Clarion Drive in the backyard of a resident. A total count of 23 ducklings was verified by the staff at Mills.

Mills Elementary is just down the street from G's house. G said in her email that she had wished they had come down her street, and I don't blame. Aren't they precious?!?!
